I am using a HP 4250tn printer setup on a TCP-IP network. The printer is physically connected to a machine running Windows XP. I am using a Vista Business machine and running Excel 2007 to print a worksheet. The problem is the printout is very unpridictable in terms of margins and settings. Sometimes, the font appears to be smaller and then I restart the machine and print again, it prints slightly bigger font. I am not changing any font settings in Excel Actually I am not saving the worksheet at all. If I use Office 2003 on XP, the print is fine. I have also installed Universal Print Driver for 4250 PCL 6 but the problem persists. Is this a printer issue/ VIsta issue or Excel 2007 issue? Any suggestions ???
