Roll Eyes Dell A920 Printer Malfunctioning Buttons

I have a Dell A920 All in one Printer that came with my Dell computer. (Windows 2000XP) Lately, when I try to scan, copy, or do anything using the buttons located on the lower right corner of the printer, nothing will work.
If I do to my desktop, and locate the printer options there, it will work. What is up with the buttons no longer working? Should I download a “new” printer driver for this printer? I have all of the original disks that came with the machine, but I do not know which one is specifically for the printer driver. Can anyone help?
Thanks…

Re: Dell A920 Printer Malfunctioning Buttons

The buttons do not have anything to do with the drivers or software. They should work even if the printer is not plugged into the computer.

Is this printer under warranty?
