We have a print streamer and DIS FP16 and we need to connect them to the Xeikon 32D. We seem to be having a problem with the PES connection.
For the second printer I need technician to connect the millennium plus agfa rip.
We also will need him for maintenance and any problems we may have in the future.
We are situated in Brooklyn New York USA.

Hello XEIKON operators, I found this forum and I find it very good. I work with a Xeikon 32dcp, so far the machine has given me no major problems .... so far.

The problem is short time when certain colors are not printed (CMYK) and that the two sides (X / Y). For example when I print a red box (100 x 100 mm) (M + Y) are yellow horizontal lines (when magenta is missing) and magenta horizontal lines (when yellow is missing) and white lines (when the two colors are missing), the box looks like a rainbow. This problem I have it on both sides (X / Y). The lines are a few millimeters wide (2 - 5 mm) and are perfect. The cleaning units (CLN) have cleared by the full, as well as the scorotrons and TEDS. The drums are nearly new.

I have attached two pictures where you can see the problem. I have the problem with all the colors and with the two sides (X / Y)

I have some very good books with descriptions of many of these problems have helped me a lot but not describe my issue. With pleasure I can help with any questions.

Who knows this problem an can help me?
