Canon ip5000 everything prints green
I have a Canon ip5000 and recently none of my prints look anything like what is on my monitor in terms of colour and contrast.
Recently all of my prints have started to have a definate green caste to them and print much lighter than they should do and have done previously with this pronter. I use genuine Canon inks, have completed all of the cleaning tasks but nothing seems to make any difference. I use adobe photoshop and Picassa as my photo editing programmes. I am reaching the point of hurling the printer out of my window...... Please help Thanks |

Re: Canon ip5000 everything prints green
Mine started doing the same thing recently. I did deep clean and everything I could think of to correct without result. This morning I unplugged the computer cable and re attached it to the printer, unplugged the power and it and rebutted my computer and now it works fine. Don't know what actually fixed it but I assume disconnecting and reconnecting to the computer did it. Hopes this helps.
