My HP MP530 printer has been installed and working fine for about 3 or 4 months. Yesterday I started getting an error window that says:
More than one ink tank of the following color is installed. Yellow [8] Use only one ink tank per color at a time. I popped the yellow ink tank out and cleaned the contacts. The printer worked for awhile until I didn't have anything to print. I didn't print anything for about a half an hour but when I did I received the same error message. All the ink tanks have plenty of ink. Everything else is fine when the printer is working, great print quality, good paper motion etc. I run XP on printer server. Does anyone have an idea?? Thanks BSS |
