Cannot install drivers for HP 7310

I downloaded the most recent drivers for my HP 7310 printer that has worked for a year and for some reason stopped working.

After unzipping the compressed file, there is a HP install box that looks like it is completing 4/4 parts of the install sequence. At the end, however, the box disappears with no errors. There is no instance of a printer being loaded.

I have also gone to the HP/ temp/ setup file to initialize that way and the same thing happens.

My last try was to do a manual printer setup, but there were no drivers (ini) to be found.

I uninstalled all HP software and drivers and tried again.

Please help!

Hi, welcome to TSF.

Is it a HP Officejet 7310 All-in-One?

If so, is this the driver you tried?

Uninstall the printer software >> shut the computer down and disconnect the printer.

Start the computer and install the software >> connect the printer.
