Brother MFC 4550 Faxing Problem
At my office, we have had this all-in-one printer/fax/copier for quite a while, but recently we have been having problems with the fax part. Whenever we send or receive a fax, on the printout, the image is shifted several inches to the right, leaving a large white margin on the left side, and cutting off quite a bit on the right side. This problem does not occur when using the copier, however, so I am completely stumped as to what the problem is.
Any ideas? |
