Dell 1600n Problems

Greetings!
First things first, sorry I didn't introduce myself, but I'm in a quick bind. Here's something quick. My name's scott, I'm a computer technician at VOS technologies, and i'm in a bind. lol

Ok so we had a client come in today with two Dell 1600n printers. I know, ugh a dell.. anyways, one of them is filling up each character spot with just black on the lcd. The other is giving an error, "Unlock Scanner & Press Cancel..." We here at vos mainly deal with Canon, HP, and Brother due to customer support... (I have nothing againsed indians, I just like to understand what tech support is saying. >.<)

I hope someone can help me out today.
Thank you guys for your time!

P.S. This forum is something i've been looking for for a while now.

Re: Dell 1600n Problems

Bump:
Awww come on, almost 20 views and no response? It's all good though, we came upon the conclusion that the units are hosed and we got approval to order new machines. I think they will be pleased with the brother units we ordered... ^_^
