HP tray changes half way through job
Hi, I have an HP Laserjet 4350
I am printing documents using doc magic and halfway through the print job it will change from the first tray of paper to the second. This transition is not smooth and will only finish if you press the menu button (a checkmark) multiple times (about 2 or 3). The first tray prints with a standard size paper while the second prints using a larger (longer) size paper. This is a huge issue since these forms must be sent out for business and looks extremely sloppy and cut off at times. Thanks for any help. |
