Problem with instalation hp c4280 all in one

I have an xp sp2

and I can't finish my instalation. Instalation goes smoothly till 96% and then everything stops,

after several minutes xp writes
"fatal error during instalation"

then it writes instalation was not successful
and in details in instalation error logs

the call to CreateMutex returned null with error = 5
error getting DriverVer from DAT file
...
...

I tried to copy CD to my HD and it goes OK (CD is OK)

any sugestions?

after 7-8 hours spent in deinstalation and instalation

I took 4 hours and reinstal my PC
and now everything is OK

he is printing
he is scanning
and even the scan button works

good luck with HP

Vista Home Premium trying to reinstall HP C4280 AIO, get message "fatal error during installation" Unable to complete. How do I get around this?
