Reinstalled HP 2410 All in One
I installed a new ink cartridge and it wouldn't print. Test page very pale. Kept trying to make sure cartridge was seated, etc. Printer finally, quit printing at all. I then uninstalled and reinstalled printer a couple of times. List of drivers confusing. Didn't know which driver to choose!! None sounded close to the HP all in one 2410xi.
I Even downloaded from HP site to see if that software and driver was the right one, or updated. Right now, I am completely without a printer. Download says complete, and I do the install thing, but Control Panel shows no printer installed. When I have tried to print from Wordpad, it says "no printer installed". Any suggestions/help is certainly appreciated here.. as I am totally out of options. Thanx |
