Re: Error....

Did you finish up the installation of the printer yet? Try to follow the on-screen instructions until finish, then try to finish it, don't cancel it halfway. See if you still get the error again

Re: Error....

Try to open up the msconfig, you can do so by click Start, Run, type msconfig and hit Enter. Try to post all the list of programs on the startup tab on msconfig screen.

Or you can also download RunScanner and try to scan system using Beginner mode.

Make sure you select both the Do a full scan and save a log file option and the Save a binary .run file (Recommended) before clicking on Start Full Scan

Try to compressed the application file into compressed folder and post it as attachment on the next post, let me go through all the application on the system and try to identify the issue

Re: Error....

I have looked through the process, and so far it seems like everything is fine. Just a few errors, but its not likely related with this error message. I'll try to go through the list again to be sure.

Meanwhile, try to enter the safe mode. Did you still get the same message there?

Re: Error....

Try to boot into normal mode. Then, open up Run, type in msconfig, hit Enter.

Choose the Selective startup, and remove checkmark from the load startup items, and leave others. Try to restart the computer, and see if the message appears?

Re: Error....

Hi 12345678@9!

Glad to hear that it worked. But it is still not resolved yet. Can you try go to the msconfig again, now choose the Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services. Then, try to post the screenshot of the list of startup programs like the picture below:

We may need to disable some of the startup programs to avoid you getting the error message here.

Re: Error....

It was working fine now? Thats amazing

Do you want to speed up your computer? You can try to disable some of the windows appearance. Also, you can try to disable most of unusable programs from the startup list, since this always cause the computer to load up slow.
