My printer wouldn't feed the paper through when I was trying to print. While checking the paper feed area, I found a 2 inch spring lying towards the right side. Can anyone tell me where this spring belongs. I believe once I reattach this spring I could fix my problems. This is an expensive printer, and I really like it, but Epson products just don't seem to last very long. When I called them, they gave me a website to buy another printer cheap or told me to bring it in to have it repaired. They said it should be easily repaired, but wouldn't tell me how to do so. Being disabled, it surely would be helpful if someone would or could tell me where this spring belongs. I would be forever grateful!!! Thanks

Re: Epson RX620 printer Help w/spring placement
i figured this problem out finally. the spring goes behind the black back piece which goes behind where you put the paper in. kind of hard to describe, but thankfully the problem is solved.

Re: Epson RX620 printer Help w/spring placement
Thanks whoever figured this spring replacement out. I just called Epson and they referred me on to a Hardware group to fix it and then of course they are closed for the day. Thanks for the post!!!!
