HP Color LaserJet 3800n
One of my teachers tried to run 5 pieces of card stock through my 3800, needless to say, it is spitting out a jammed paper error message. I have replaced the fuser and the ETB, but it still says there is a paperjam. There is no paper anywhere in the path and it is out of warranty so I get no help from HP. Hoping someone here has an idea. Thanks!
