Epson CX6600-no print
I changed an ink cartridge. Now all cartridges have at least 50% ink. When trying to print, printer sounds like it is printing but the page is blank. Have also tried downloading recent drivers. Computer OS is Windows XP.
This printer has worked for more than a year until this. |

Re: Epson CX6600-no print
The cartridges definetly have enough ink. It does sound like it could have a problem sensing the ink--how does it actually get sensed--through small electronic "boards" on the end of the cartridge?
Thanks for your help,Bonnie |

Re: Epson CX6600-no print
I am not actually sure as I am not at all a master at the printer field. My specialization lie within Hard Drives, and RAM. No one really answers questions in this forum so I try and help people in here since I am one of the only Hardware Techs that post here.
I am guessing that something is electronically wrong inside the printer but I still believe you should check it with known working cartridges. From here on out I would like you to call Epson support and allow them to help you if you are under warranty. It seems like a hardware issue that they should probably look like. |
