Re: Hp 6980

nm a paper jam. The pictbridge light usually indicates a problem with connectivity. Were you printing from a camera. If so, the camera may not be fully connected. Try checking the connections between the camera or the printer. Also, the camera's batteries may be low. Try replacing them with fully charged or new batteries.

Re: Hp 6980

These are the reasons a connected digital camera will not print
*The digital camera is not PictBridge-compatible.
*The digital camera is not in PictBridge mode.
*The images are not in a supported format.
*You did not select any photos on the camera for printing.

Make sure that you have your camera in PictBridge mode before printing from the camera. Also, are you attempting to use a different camera than you usually do? Maybe it doesn't support PictBridge printing.

Yes, I have tried everything possible, but no luck. Do you think I have to buy a new one?
