Hey guys, what's up?

Alright, so I've had this nice scanner/copier/printer for a couple years or so now, never had any problems until recently.

About a week ago, I started getting "cartridge stall" messages, so I decided to take some advice and clean some encoder strip or something, I can't really remember. Anyway, I went to do this and a VERY thin, clear strip got kicked out of place, and I can't figure out how to get it back in! It's a problem because now I get a hardware error whenever I start up my printer T_T

I can figure out where one of the ends goes, but not the other, the strip just isn't long enough to go anywhere I can see.

Advice?

Don't say get a new printer.

Also, May post pics if necessary.

Just found out it's called a fresnel strip, and now I know why printer won't work. Still can't find where it went, though.
