[Help] Brother MFC - 425CN.
Well hello, I've just registered to this site and I hope you guys could help me through my recent problem in my printer device.
The device is brother MFC 425CN, right after I formated my computer (two days ago), I plugged it into the USB port and installed its driver (from the CD DRIVER). when the installation finished I really think the device worked and it printed well (not 100% sure if I checked..), but now when I'm trying to print through "Microsoft Office Word 2003" - it bring me a Send / Don't send error, just when I try to press "Print". Same error is showed up in notepad, therefor I think the problem isn't in WORD. BTW the scanner does work! Anyway .. when I plugged it into my other computer the printer did work. What could be the problem of a just formated computer? Thank you. |

uninstall the printer, disonnect the usb cable, then reinstall the printer driver before reconnecting the usb cable
