Help

Hi everyone - I am so frustrated. I have a C4280 all in one. When I try to print and go to select printer - sometimes the right printer is shown (HPPhotosmart Series C4200 (copy 2) which is fine and I can print. The very next time I have to print and I select printer that printer is gone and the HPPhotosmart Series C4200 shows (with out (copy 2) and I can not print so I have to reinstall everytime. Do you know what I am doing wrong or do you understand this post at all????

your profile says you are using win98, your printer is not win98 compatible according to hp's website.

Thank you for your reply. I was told by my daughter that we are using Windows 2000. I am not really sure. I will find out and then check HP to see if I am compatible.
