Canon mf5770 new printer setup
I just unpacked and went thru the entire setup of the physical machine as stated in the basic setup guide. I always get the message
"Install cartridge" The manual says that if you get this messae, open the front cover and when you close it, the problem should go away. It doesn't. AND I did pull the shmitchick out of the side of the cartridge. I also tried to remove the cartridge, but i cannot seem to grip it well enough to pull it out. The left side seems loose biut not the right. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
