dell aio960 printer hardware error 0502

Can some one please explain what hardware error 0502 on a dell aio 960 printer means and how it must be rectified. The printer is about three years old & I just installed a new black ink Dell inkjet cartridge. Thanks in advance for any help.

I posted the hardware error 0502 problem on Yahoo Answers.
Spaceman 2007 on Dell Communities had the right fix; It's easy and simple.
Wipe down the silver carrige rod with a kleenex, then lube it with WD 40, and watch the ink residue come off. Apparently this ink residue creates sufficient friction to jam the cartridge.
