Brother MFC-3420c, no red or yellow
I have a Brother MFC-3420c which will not print red or yellow. I have replaced the ink cartridges and cleaned the printhead. Seems to make no difference if I use Brother brand or generic brand ink. This problem started about 2 months ago. The printhead was replaced about a year ago. Can't find the answer, short of taking it to a repair shop. Any suggestions?
