HP Photosmart 2600 Service Manual

I need to clean the back side of the glass on my HP Photosmart 2600 series All In One printer/ scanner/ copier/ fax. HP tech support wants $34 to tell me because it is out of warranty. Just had a very unhelpful session with Lisa, tech ID #4987. "We have the knowledge; you must pay us to get it." Does anyone know where I can get a service manual for this printer (not a user manual)?

You prob. already tried googling it, so I take it it did not work. You are trying to take it a part to do this? In your situation I would just take it a part, being sure to mark where every thing is. They aren't too difficult.

Thanks. Tried the Google route but couldn't find a service manual that way. Have not been able to figure out how to open it up. Unscrewed the single screw I could find, but that didn't help. Suspect there are clips I need to release but can't find them and don't want to force it. There have to be hundreds of folks that have faced this same issue. Just don't know where to find the answer.
