printing glitch

In our office network, we have a user who keeps having MS word docs cut off when she sends them to an HP 4600 color printer. Other users don't have this issue, only her. THey're connected through a domain, so I can't figure out what the issue might be. Any thoughts?

I've seen two things cause this. If virtual printers are tied into this printer (for instance, to print certain types of labels) and the trays aren't set right (the label tray is set to plain) this will happen. Also, the wrong driver installed on the pc causes this, especially with color printers. I've had to do the later a few times after an auto-update.
