HP CLJ 4600 not printing horiz lines /bkgrnd

HP CLJ 4600 not printing horiz/vert lines or background in Groupwise Calendar or gray/blk background/header fill on config pages. Works fine on another at same loc.

sounds like an option in groupwise.

If you print a page from your pc to both printers do they look the same?
Have you checked the version of the drivers for both printers?
Have you checked the properties of the printer to see if anything is set up differently?

All settings and configurations are identical, the calendar and anything else prints fine on the 2nd 4600. Wanted fresh mids to see this before I start going through Formatter/Firmware etc. Thanks for the input, I'l listen to any and all suggestions with new perspectives. I need to make a decision on this by end of day tomorrow as I have to travel to the site.
