hello someone please help me

I have a printing problem first black text will not print on my printer.
i could not find drivers for my lexmark Z25 so i bought it and wouldn't you
know its all in german they sent me wrong darn drivers. but it does print now but only the color NO BLACK at all.
i have tried everything for 5 days trying to get someone to help me and all these experts could not help me . i have my carts in just the way they are suppose to be the nozzles are clean printer is clean everything is connected securely and i am just about to pull my HAIR out .
first it was just printing blank pages now that german driver is in lol it is printing but only the color.PLEASE SOMEONE PLEASE put my brain to rest help me thank you.

i am sorry i thought i said already i have a lexmark z25 printer and my driver is cjxp351.exe
and the darn thing is in GERMAN lol PLEASE HELP ME

I directed you to lexmark support site, its in english. The driver
will work german or english. Im confused as to what your problem is.
It seemed to me the support site was pretty intuitive.

okay lets start over or maybe u should read my post again.
I can print now but not on wordpad or notepad WITH everything that i print there is NO BLACK TEXT. I WENT to the site u requested and don't understand what it is u want me to do i told u i BOUGHT the drivers for lexmark z25 and they came in german now if u can tell me when i get to your site where i can turn THAT GERMAN INTO ENGLISH and how i print MY TEXT on my documents i will appreciate it .or do u mean i will need to uninstall the german and put the english I HAD THOSE DRIVERS FROM LEXMARK and kept getting error messages saying computer not communicating with printer i told u since i downloaded that german my printer works now IT JUST DOES NOT PRINT THE BLACK TEXT ONLY THE COLOR .

have a look here and download this driver, uninstall your previous driver before installing the new one

You may have to reboot after uninstalling

If that still gives you grief, uninstall it and try this one

BEFORE I UNINSTALL THE ONLY THING THAT HAS WORKED FOR ME IN 6 DAYS
HOW DO I KEEP MY DRIVER SO IF YOUR ADVICE DO NOT WORK I CAN PUT MINE BACK.
I REALLY do appreciate your help and everyone else's but seems nothing is working .
my driver is german OKAY THAT IS FINE because now i can print MY ONLY QUESTION IS
PLEASE help me to GET MY TEXT TO PRINT is all i am asking . MY COLOR PRINTS BUT MY BLACK TEXT DOES NOT . am i making this hard or am i not speaking correctly because it seems that i am not.. ALL I WANT IS FOR SOMEONE TO TELL ME how to get my BLACK TEXT to print on my paper .

you could just have a bad black cartridge, have you also checked to make sure there is ink left in the black ?

yes color is knew i refilled black and i took your advice for the drivers still having same problem black text will not print .
printer is cleaned nozzles are clean paper in correctly ....black text will not print
