Unresoved problem
I have posted my question (cannon i850 prints all colors but black- yet black works in test print, etc, just not in documents, and the problem is the same for both my computers, so it's not a computer problem). Over a week period, only two responses were posted. One response posted did not address my printer as my printer has a separate black cartridge. The other response just indicated that they had the same problem but no solution. What do I do now? I still cannot print black.
