cannot del printing job
the printer doesn't has any response when i press any button.
i cannot cancel the printing job and cannot print anything. when i press "cancel" to cancel the job, it just keep saying "restarting". i have to reboot the printer by removing the power source and then restart the pc to clear the job. it is very trouble that this happens everyday. does there have any solution to solve the problem? |

Have you tried accessing your printer's queue from the icon in the system tray (down by the clock)?
You should be able to cancel all print jobs in queue from there. Also... Some HP's get confused and like to be unplugged/replugged every now and then.
