HP6310 printer - color problem

I have a 6310 HP printer and am getting only magenta when I print in color. I have cleaned the cartridges, replaced the cartridges, and aligned the cartridges. Still only magenta and black show. I was able, however, to print full color photos using the photo software and photo paper. When I try to print color from the Web or from an application, I just get magenta and black. Any thoughts?

Hello and welcome to the forum. In IE go to the internet options under tools....go to the advanced tab and scroll down to the printing options, select print background colors....see if that helps
