I cannot get the scan feature to work on the F335. Everything else is OK.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sw. HP seems to think it is a hardware prob. I think it is a sw problem. When trying to scan, it goes into an install mode and looks for "aiosw.msi" that does not exist. Shows an error "E" after several attempts of cancelling the install stuff. Any ideas? This is my first post :-)

Re: HP F335 All-in-one Printer
There is a trojan virus that uses a file named aiosw.msi.
Let's make sure that is not the problem 1st. Please follow the directions below. http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...sting-log.html
