Dell Aio 962

I am having problems with the screen and keys on my printer. The screen is now only showing junk and whenever I press a button it shuts the printer off.

I can print fine as long as it comes from the computer it is just coping, scanning or faxing that I am now unable to do.

I have reinstalled the drivers, called Dell neither were any help except to say replace it. The printer is 2 years old.

Hmmm....
That does not sound very good.
Might be a malfunctioning keypad or logic board.
You could see if a local shop would give you a free repair estimate and then make your decision.
