Lexmark Z12 printer
I don't know how this happened but the default settings on my lexmark z12 printer somehow changed from the black setting to the color setting.(I have a black cartridge installed) I know that in the printer prefrences I should be able to switch it back to black but when I try to click on the black tab nothing happens. The color default setting seems to be locked. Does anyone out there know what I'm talking about and can you help me fix my problem. Thanks!

Hi, maybe you could just update the drivers and download the user manual.
You can get them here.... http://www.lexmark.com/lexmark/seque...8_0_en,00.html Uninstall your old drivers first. |
