uestion About Printing On CD's/DVD's
Hi there, i just today bought a Canon Pixma iP4300. It is working find thankfully, but i just can't figure out how to print on dvd's. it gave me a tray to put the disc on, but i don't know where to put the tray. is there a slot i'm missing or another part or...?
also if a dvd says, "inkjet printable dvd-r" does that mean this print can print on it? thanks alot for your help, much appreciated |

![]() Firstly, congratulations on your choice of printer...I have its predecessor the PIXMA iP4200! Looking at the front of the printer, just above the paper exit tray, you should see the Canon™ name on a panel with a "U" shape on it. Just lift the panel above it (where you access the Ink Cartridges), and gently pull that "U" panel down towards you...this is the CD/DVD print access tray. When you are ready to print on a 'printable' CD/DVD, insert with the 'white' printable surface facing upwards in that extra tray you have; then, go into the "Canon™ Easy-Print Toolbox" (it would have been installed as an extra) and follow the instructions....you might also take time to read the "On-Screen Manual" as well. Try it and report back with the results. Kind Regards,
