Dell 1600n
I have a Dell 1600n all in one printer--we installed new printer cartridge from Dell about a month ago--I did have a bad paper jam last week--my copies are smudging very badly beginning yesterday--in the past we have had 2 vertical line smudges but it was not bad

Welcome to TSF
 Check in your printer's utility for the Maintenance section. Open that and see if there is a regimen for Bottom Plate Cleaning. If so, run it and see if that helps. |
