Canon MF5770
I have tried using the OCR scanning function within the Canon MF5770 without much success.
It allowed the document to be converted to TIFF or BMP and then required a program to open. When you select Microsoft Word it simply tries to open the TIFF or BMP file and you end up without the result required. What we are trying to do is to : 1. Scan the Document 2. Convert to OCR 3. Have the converted document displayed in Word. Can anybody help with a procedure to do this? Thanks in anticipation Jim |
