all in one hp2610

im trying to install the printer and when i get to hpzprl01.exe it stops and then it begins to unnstall hp 2610 all in one





plz help

If you just want to print only, choose the HP Deskjet 990C printer from the Windows printer list.

If you have ever had any HP All-In-One printer installed on this machine previously, even this printer, you may need a special HP software tool to properly un-install the All-In-One software?
