Print jobs don't leave queue until PC wakes up
Hi, guys -
Googled around, searched here on the forum, haven't found anything. A co-worker says he just started using hibernate, and now his print jobs stack up in the queue but won't leave there until he lets the PC hibernate, then wakes it back up. As soon as he does that the printer takes off. He just started using the "hibernate" feature a few days ago. The obvious answer is "Turn hibernate off and see if the printer starts working again". I haven't seen his PC, just got on the ones at work and my home machine & poked around in the Windows hibernate settings and in the printer settings. Didn't find anything obvious. Has anyone come across this before? I'm guessing it's a simple fix |
