one weird printer

I have a dell branded printer. I have brand new ink. When I print a page on screen from the internet, print is perfect.
when I print a page from a word document, the top of all the letters is cut off.
I already cleaned nozzles and did alignment test.
Has anybody ever encountered this?

Try reinstalling the printer drivers. Then go into printer properties and default page type to A4. Print windows test page and check if it's OK.

If printer software comes with toolkit, try running aliagment to fix the lines.

Check to see that the document size, margins and print area are set correctly for the size paper you have, both in Word and in printer properties.
