HP1300 LaserJet Printer

I have this printing issues on computers that are running win2000 or XP OS. When computers are restarted, the old douments are reprinted again. I have reinstalled and updated the printer drivers but to no avail. I have found a temporary solution is to open the printer properties in windows, and canel the spool file in the queue that has already printed and it doesn't print when i restart the computer.

Is there a way around this problem if any of you have experienced in the past ??

Known issue. Defective system board. Talk to HP online support, which is very good, but if out of warranty, you cannot even get parts.
