Printer Issues???
I have a gentlemen that prints a lot of engineering drawings, and those drawings need to be printed in landscape format due to the fact they are very complex. My question is, the printer that he normally uses will only print these drawings in portrait format. Some background, I can print these very same drawings from my pc to his printer and it prints in landscape. Now heres the thing, he can print to the printer in my office in landscape just fine. Would there be something wrong possibly with his printer and possibly his user rights for that printer? Basically we both can print in landscape to my printer, but only I can print in landscape to his printer, he changes the printing preferences to landscape on his printer from his machine, but they keep going back to portrait, while when I change it on my machine it will stay at landscape. I don't know, I would just really appreciate if anyone had any advice or ideas on how to fix this problem, thank you in advance for your response.

A little more information could help. What type of printers are you using, what are the computer and operating systems on them, and what program are you trying to print through?
