Dell Hardware Error Code 0502
Have Dell A940 Receiving cartridge stall error message and hardware error code 0502. What should I do? Printer is two years old.

I'm no dell expert and those types of things can be hard to figgure out, so I would just call dell service and they should tell you what it means.
