Printer Issues

I have 2 networked printers. One is an HP 2300 series. One is a Xerox 8400DP. Both printers are installed on one server. I have shared both printers for all of the users. There are about 10 users for these printers. We recently had a problem where documents would print to these printers but the fonts were wrong, it didn't look like the doc on the screen and the wording was running together. We did the following to resolve the issue: shutdown the printers and unplugged them for 10 secs, deleted printers from the server that did not belong and installed the drivers over top of the old ones. Also the 2 printers that I added to my PC keep showing up on the server with a Session 2 remark at the end of the path. I delete them and they reappear everytime I log in using remote desktop. Deleting these instances before would work but now that doesn't work anymore. Good luck and thank you for all of your help.
