Does it mean, the computer needs new ram??

By the way its not happening to me, it's happening to a friend of mine. I was thinking that he would have to get new ram. He says that it happens randomly, like he was talking on msn and all he hears is his computer reve down.... I think its the PSU warning him to get a new one, and I think the RAM is bad too. What is it? I dont think its his MSN.

turn off the auto reboot and post the message in full that is on the screen when it freezes
