new DSL, answering machine won't work

Hi. I recently hooked up AT&T Yahnoo DSL to my Dell PC. Since I did that, my digital answering machine refuses to pick up incoming calls. I've tested the machine outside my home, it's fine. I've moved filters, I've changed phones, I've had the phone company check the outside lines - I'm running out of ideas. Can anyone please help me?

hmm well did u try how the answering machine is programmed ? or how about the phone jack is crap. try to put in new one. it might be damaged.also did u try to get NEW filters , try that good luck , interference might be the issue too . move lamps or electrinics like that
