PC powers off Randomly

My computer will randomly power down on me. It will not turn back on unless I unplug the powersupply from the Motherboard then plug it back in. It will work fine until it does the same thing again.

Any ideas??

Please include make and model of motherboard or computer. Also info on your power supply would be helpful.
