P2p !!!!!!!!!!! Pls Help

Hi guys hope u can help.

Currently staying in Cape Town South Arica. Wireless on line is my ISP. When i joined they said that they only suported P2P between 02h00 and 06h00. When i tried Limewire last week it connected and worked well 24/7. Then i formated the pc and now i cant connect with limewire. I have removed norton, switch off my firewall and a host of other time with the internet connection but stilll not joy

Any sugestions would be welcome, in the limewire help forum that said i must check port 6345 with some site. It came back that the port was working but still no connections. The program give me a message that there is not internet connection which is not correct. It also says im might be behind a firewall or router.
