Identifying ram

Need to find out if my DDR is high or low density ram is there a place in windows to find that or do I need to get some software to tell me. The reason I ask is that my bios does not have the setting for 3200 @400 thats what the board says it's compatable with(ECS 865PE-A Newest bois v2.3a) the only thing I can think of is that the ram is high denisty and my board only supports low. I would like to get my benchMarks up to pare. thanks for your time and hope Im not 2 confusing
