stuck pixle - HELP

I have a viewsonic va712b. had it for about 2 weeks, and now i just noticed a pixle stuck red. is there something i can do to try to fix it. i really don't feel like taking it back even though i think i still can. i got till the 15th to take it back. any ideas?

The only thing you can do is take it back. And take it back quickly. After the first appeares, its likely that others will too.

Sometimes it can be fixed...

There are utilities (don't ask me where, I can't think right now) that flash color patterns in order to coax the stuck pixel. You can also (this may sound weird) "massage" the area GENTLY to reset it. I strongly suggest you don't try it unless you are willing to rick a destroyed LCD and voided warranty. These are just some fixes I've learned over the years.
