MCE Woes
I'm working on a computer (not this one) that has an Avermedia m-150 D tv tuner in it. I've done a fresh install of Windows MCE and installed ALL of the drivers for everything. Everything work except for the Tuner, and 2 of the devices in the device manager pertaining to that card indicate that it has problems. These are listed as unknown device, and say that they are MPEG decoder devices. I can point the hardware wizard to the devices, and it finds the drivers, yet upon installing them it says 'the data is invalid'. I found several articles on how to fix this problem by resetting the permissions on certain registry keys to Full Access, but that didn't help. I even removed that device alltogether and installed an Nvidia Tv-anywhere (brand new out of the box) and it does the same exact thing.
