partitions....
Ello Ladies & Gents...
(1st, soz if its the wrong section, jus' thought *other* would be OK )anyway... when I reboot my laptop into safe mode to 'cover my tracks' it shows "partition (2)" eh?? on my others: work/home music pc, it says "partition (1)" weird, how do I check what partitions there are on a drive?? (i'm thinkin this "partition (2)" is a bit suspect???? as i only put 1 primary partition on it????) cheers in advance people! I know youz wont let me down!! lataz peeps! M |

err.... better explain a bit better....;
OK, when safe mode's loading, u get the scrollin list of what drivers/sys files are loading..... the top line looks like this: mulit(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\Windows........ on the others its: mulit(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\Windows........ hope that helps :) |
